Film Makers Showcase

The Trailer for Galactic Squad, an original production that spoofs the Science Fiction shows in the 50’s was used to open the St. Louis Film Makers Showcase.

Hollywood On The River

Gregson Productions has been working with Patrick Voss and the team at VFX for years. The original effects studio and shop was located in Alton IL… down by the river!

Video Machine Magazine

James Gregson was one of the pioneers of desktop video production and was often featured in Video Machine Magazine.

Local Movie Producer

After winning 2 International Film Festival Awards for television show concept, the team was featured in the Illinois Post.

Best Children’s Film

The Gregson Productions Team entered a pilot for a children’s show called “Sockville” into the St. Louis Film Festival and won an award for the Best Children’s Film.

Guitars Exposed

James Gregson and Jim Callahan created a cutting-edge guitar instructional series. It was picked up by a distributor and was featured in Guitar Player Magazine.

The Original Ghost Hunter

Before The Ghost Hunters gained their popularity, there was “In The Outer Realm” a documentary series that investigated the stories of The Haunted Midwest.

Propsville USA

In the small town of Alton IL the creative teams consistently produced cutting-edge content and creative ideas. It didn’t hurt to be located in the middle of a famous row of specialty shops and antique dealers. Apparently this was newsworthy.

Making A Production

Gregson Productions moved into the historic “Quakers Building” that had been built during the Worlds Fair and then relocated brick by brick to it’s current location. James Gregson and Steve Dunsford set up shop and rocked the town.
